Product Origin

Where are your products made?

All of Brancale’s products are made in Italy, England and the United States. We select the best partner for each individual product. Our jerseys and bib shorts are made in Northern Italy at one of the best cycling apparel manufacturers in the world. Our gloves are made at one of the finest glove makers in England which has been in business since 1847. Lastly, our seat rolls, merino wool socks and arm warmers are made in the United States. Craftsmanship, quality and cycling heritage are the main factors we use when selecting where to produce Brancale’s products.

 

Are you an Italian company?

Brancale was originally an Italian company and for decades was one of the most respected cycling brands in the pro peloton. It has been reborn as a US-based company. We will honor the brand’s heritage by manufacturing several of our products in Italy.

 

Shipping

How quickly do you ship products?

We ship as quickly as we can. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days. 

 

Exchanges and Returns 

How do I exchange or return something I bought?

You can exchange or return anything you purchase from Brancale. Simply email info@brancale.cc with "Return" or "Exchange" and the order number in the subject line (e.g. "Exchange - Order #0987), stating the reason for your return or exchange in the body of the email. Customers in the US will be emailed a free shipping label to return the product. International customers are responsible for shipping costs. The item must be in unused and unwashed condition. Please note that returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days you cannot exchange or return an item. 

 

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

No, not if you are located in the United States. You will be emailed a prepaid label for shipping the item back to Brancale. Unfortunately, due to shipping and customs we are unable to offer this option for international customers.

 

Out of Stock

What if a product is out of stock?

Since we work exclusively with boutique manufacturers, at times we may be out of stock of certain items. Brancale products are produced in small batches and sometimes supply does not keep up with demand. We do our best to provide estimated times and also to restock products as soon as possible, but sometimes we are dependent on the limited availability of the craftspeople making our products.

Customs and duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
